Ingredients
- Kabuli Chana, boiled 1/2 Cup
- Soya Nuggets, boiled and ground coarsely 1/2 Cup
- Mint Leaves , chopped 1 tsp
- Chhole Masala 1 tsp
- Ginger, grated 1 tsp
- Green Chilli Paste 1 tsp
- Lemon Juice 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil to fry
Directions
- Take all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mash them well.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and mould them into desired shape.
- Apply a teaspoon of oil on grill plates. Keep the tikkis on them and grill. You can also shallow fry or deep fry as per your wish.
- Serve hot.
