Beetroot, Carrot and Tomato Juice

This tasty beetroot juice recipe combines sweetness of carrot and beetroot, tangy of tomato and fresh flavour of mint leaves. Beetroot contains folic acid, iron, zinc, magnesium, potassium, fiber, Vitamin C and carbohydrate. Carrots are rich in beta carotene and fiber. Tomatoes contain lycopene, a natural antioxidant that works effectively to slow the growth of cancer cells.   • Beetroot  1,boiled
  • Tomato  1, small
  • Carrot  1, small
  • Mint Leaves  2 tbsp
  • Basil Leaves (optional)  few
  • Black Salt  to taste
  • Lemon Juice  1/2 tsp


  1. Peel and cut beetroots into small cubes. Chop the tomato and carrot also.
  2. Blend all the ingredients together.
  3. Serve immediately.
