Ingredients
- Beetroot 1,boiled
- Tomato 1, small
- Carrot 1, small
- Mint Leaves 2 tbsp
- Basil Leaves (optional) few
- Black Salt to taste
- Lemon Juice 1/2 tsp
Directions
- Peel and cut beetroots into small cubes. Chop the tomato and carrot also.
- Blend all the ingredients together.
- Serve immediately.
