  • Curd 1 cup, chilled
  • Banana 1, chopped
  • Pear 1/2
  • Coconut water 50 ml
  • Pineapple, chopped  1/4 cup
  • Flax seeds 2 tsp, roasted and crushed


  1. Blend all the ingredients, except  the flax seeds, together in a blender.

  2. Garnish with roasted, crushed flax seeds.
