Ingredients
- Baby Corns 10
- Maida 3 tbsp
- Rice Flour 1 tbsp
- Corn Flour 1 tbsp
- Soya Sauce 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
- Ginger – Garlic Paste 1 tsp
- Green Chilli Paste 1tsp (optional)
- Curd 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
- Water as required
- Oil to fry
Directions
- Boil water in a pan, add baby corns and let it boil on medium high flame for three minutes. Strain and wash under cold water.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and add water little at a time so that the paste is medium thick and not very runny.
- Dip the baby corns in the batter and deep fry.
- Once golden brown, remove them on a serving plate and serve hot.
